home furnishing industry

The other day on my way to home, I was confronted with a huge billboard, boasting of the first ever 50% sale, from one of the major players in the home furnishing industry in India. Though I had no plan to buy anything, still the curiosity bug got better of me and I decided to check in, to see what was there on the offer.

The rugs, curtains, towels, cushion covers, bed items, duvat covers, shams, quilts, coverlets, euro shams, pillow, bed skirts, bolsters, neck rests etc. was all made to look very attractive, in an effort to woo a buyer's impulse purchase vein. However, even after the the so called sale, it was still, steeply priced, which wasn't surprising;-)

One interesting trend which I observed, was the invasion of technology and innovation in the home furnishing industry. The products on display were more durable, more stylish, more appealing by blending the latest technology features along with the comfort requirement. Another trend which caught my imagination was the extensive use of Natural fibres which could be because of the renewed interest in eco-friendliness and sustainability.

The Home Furnishings Industry in India offers a range of highly sought after products like bedspreads, furnishing fabrics, curtains, rugs, durries, carpets, placemats, cushion covers, table covers, linen, kitchen accessories, made-ups, bed spreads, bath linen etc. Suppliers and Manufacturers in India are creating their own niche and don't shy away from testing the foreign waters for their business expansion needs.

Indian home furnishings industry is also influenced by traditional motifs and design, though they keep experimenting with western elements like the use of lace, minimalism etc. Such designs are of great interest to the new age customers resulting in higher sales to the end supplier.

Home furnishing exporters are well aware of the fact that the Indian products are a big rage all over the world and they are not leaving any stone unturned to cash on this opportunity. The industry analysts, as expected, are quite gung-ho about the home furnishing exporters, next quarter's profit statement.

selling our home very fast

When it comes to seeing two houses of around the same size and style on the same street just two doors apart, it really comes right down to the tastes of the individuals who view, and in this sellers can maximize their own chances of securing a fast house sale for the right price by selling their property privately. After all, who knows the strengths of your home better than you? But it doesn't stop there... Knowing what type of buyer your home will be most attractive to and setting out to make it even more attractive can massively improve your chances of getting a quick sale and a good price. Put simply: find your niche and conquer it. For instance, let's say these two homes were near a canal and that this canal was excellent for both fishing and boating. The better of the two niches there could well be fishing, owing to the number of people who live on canal boats etc. So, we would market our home as the perfect home for anglers and/or angling family. Then we would make...

woman online

Marketing, it all comes down to marketing. Google a website, purchase a home, and find a woman online - it all comes down to marketing. To a great extent everything, every consideration you make is a "marketing experiment". If you think of it the marketing success stories of our time are people physically buying and carrying heavy expensive bottled water by the droves, when for the most part American and Canadian tap water is just fine, and the consumers choice of SUV's and trucks during high gas prices are modern miracles of marketing and is a display of the reach and power of marketing in 2009. Expect for a home, an automobile is the single largest investment a high percentage of people will ever make. It is often the biggest drain on the household and while most houses increase in value cars depreciate in value. Public transportation is cheap but in many parts of the world is not set up good enough to be an ideal way of transportation. A car in many ways for young p...
